Coppice Radio Instruction Manual
To save a preset on Coppice
1) Go to the radio station you want to save as a preset
2) Press and HOLD “Preset 2” which will take you to the preset store screen
3) If you want to save as preset 1 then press “Enter”, or if you want to save as another number press “Tune +” until you find the desired preset number then press “Enter”
4) This may take a few minutes to save
To find a preset already saved on Coppice
1) Press “Preset 2” which will take you to the preset recall screen
2) If you want to select preset 1 then press “Enter”, or if you want to select another number press “Tune +” until you find the desired preset you want to select then press “Enter”

Returns
Returning your product if you've changed your mind
Please return your item unused and in original condition including all packaging, accessories and components within 30 days since date of delivery and we’ll give you a refund or exchange the item. If your return is received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a suitable restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount at our discretion.
Returning a faulty item
If you have a faulty item, please call our support helpline on 01444 685654 from 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. Or alternatively you can contact us via email at cs@smith-style.com
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and processed the correct refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your bank account / PayPal. If you are having problems after this then please contact your bank / PayPal directly.
Exchanges
We can only accept exchanges for products the same price as your refund amount. If you would like to exchange your product for another at a different price then please request a refund and place a separate order.

You can send your return from any. Please keep proof of postage once sent.
Return costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
For faulty items please contact us before returning.
For all returns we accept original packaging or your own, however please be aware that any items returned in a unsellable condition will have a restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Ensure the product is protected during it's journey back to us. Inside the return you must include your name and order number and whether you would like a refund / exchange.
